Shakshuka is a very tasty Israeli breakfast dish – and a very tasty new base feed for 4 person manipulator patterns.

The base pattern is a PPSPS over ten beats, where the consecutive passes (beat 1/2 and beat 6/7) are thrown outside, while the other passes (beat 4 and 9) are thrown on the inside hands. Since there is nothing happening for the manipulator on beats one, two, and three, you can fill this time with zip-zip-zip (as Juli does this in the video nicely) if you want.
