On the very first day of IJC, Ofek took a bad fall in the gym. He was playing combat with (of all things) balls at the time. The gym floor is concrete and he fell so unlucky that his shoulder was dislocated. He was in a lot of pain but still not discouraged from juggling.

Jenny had the idea of 3-handed siteswaps before, but now they were urgently needed and so we generated and practised some.
In this pattern, the one-handed juggler can practise “holy grail” with their one hand!
